Just for one week...

I am curious if anyone is interested in participating... this thought came to me at the PNC group and I thought it would be a good idea.

Maybe we can all challenge and motivate each other to commit to doing just ONE thing for one week... whatever that THING is -- give up one food that has been tormenting you, track food, go to the gym, anything.... but just one thing...

Whoever plans to participate could just respond and say what their one step is for the week and at the end of the week, we could all check in with each other.

Just a thought.... anyone interested? It could even be just for one day..

Great idea, Elena!  I mentioned to someone that accountability to others will often times be enough of a motivation to stay on track.

I am giving up those darn Natures Valley Oats and Honey granola bars.  They are good as a snack for me.  I love them!  But I'm snacking on them way too much.  So I will now give them up for a week.

Bye, bye, bye!

I stopped at the YMCA last night although I didn't want to.  So, my goal for this week is to make it there 4 times with at least 1 hr of HARD cardio each time.

I am litterally dying to see the 240's and can't seem to get there, perhaps this will help?

Thanks!
I have gained some great friends on this journey!

My goal is to exercise at home everyday next week using my DVD I got from weigh****chers 2 YEARS ago! Yes ladies, that's right, I got it 2 years ago  and used it for the first time on Tuesday night.

Great lead Elena!  NOT 'Just for this week', I've GOT to quit smoking!    Completely...

....triple plastic surgery in six weeks...

otherwise, eating, water intake, exercise (have been doing seven flights of stairs twice a day started Tuesday) have been 'right on!'   Am at lowest weight ever!

.  Whew!  Have a fabulous day everyone!  Hugs, Patti
