Thursday Coffee Talk
Good Thursday morning everyone! Time to rise and shine. It's going to be a WONDERFUL day! I can just feel it in the air! Can't you? How'd you sleep? I slept like a rock!
Our challenge for today is to remember the victims and the tragedy of 9/11. Today, show your support and love. Fly a flag. I have a flag attached to my antenna. If you can't fly a flag, say a prayer for their families. Let's show patriot day full force. America will not be defeated. Push us down and we come back stronger and better than ever! GOD BLESS AMERICA!!
So, who's up? What cha sipping on this morning? I'm loving me some Mocha Java this morning and it sure is good too! Gotta love it! Only thing missing is you.

Whew I'd had a brain MRI at 6:30 a.m. that day--so glad it was prior to the devestating reports!
Was sipping a French vanilla advantEDGE. Caught this just before going to bed--it's actually ten p.m. for this body (reversed days/nights til work again the 20th and 21st. Have a blessed-friend day!

Thanks for the reminder......I'll never forget 911, That was the year we were in NY on business, it was in June though.....We saw the building that the plane flew into.....Then on 911 I was at work it came over the radio and I just got the chills.......I was there 3 months earlier....It was a creepy feeling......

Remembers being at work the morning of 911, people started yelling that a plane flew into the trade center. Me being from the cities was thinking Downtown St Paul. So, I kind of froze in place and then reality hit and I thought can't be, to many other tall buildings around it.
Once I finally got on track and reality had me in NY- It hit me! I was scheduled to be on a plane to NY in 2 days- yeah reality check. A group of us (30) people from all over were having a chat room type reunion. One friend had made it over the pond from Ireland and would then be stuck in NY until the friendly skies opened up again. It was a big mess in all of our lives.
I had/have friends that live in Queens and work downtown Manhattan,they were all ok. Big old shock even when I think back to it this day of all that could of been in my life.
