Starting Monday, the following have committed to:

Lori Pool – Exercise (do you want to set how much?)

Kelly – Work out every day on the treadmill

Kelly F. – Stop eating Natures Valley Oats and Honey granola bars

Teri W. – Take ALL vitamins daily

Darla – Track food every day

Jess – Make it to the YMCA at least 4 times with at least one hour of cardio

Heidi P. – Exercise every day using WW DVD

Patti T. – Not smoke             

Elena – Do 15 minutes of exercise daily
EDIT:
Sandy - Lift weights 3 days during the week
Natalie E. - Go for a walk daily
Sherry - Eat at the table with no book or TV
NicoleLynn - Do at least 20 minutes of exercise 6 days
Lorri K. - Go to the YMCA 3 times and do 30 minutes on the treadmill


If anyone else wants to commit to changing just one thing... please respond.

I will commit to doing at least 20 minutes of exercise 6 days next week (including the days I have class)!  This is one of the reccomendations from my therapist and something I have been struggling with since school started.
