The BEST wow moment a Mommy could have...

Hey gang!

I just had to share this because it ROCKS!

We have a place nearby called the Bounce Depot. It is an indoor play area for kids that has five of these huge inflatable bouncy things, slides, etc.
We just took Dillon there and had a blast! To be honest, I am not sure who had more fun, Dill or I!

We spent the whole time chasing after each other and going through small tunnels. *** hello....I FIT in small tunnels?!?!?!?!?!?) We climbed up to the top of the big slide and went down over and over and over and over and over and over.......if you have ever been around a two year old boy, you know what I am talking about.

It was so fun...and then I stopped. I realized while we were there that I would have NEVER EVER done that a year ago, or even at the beginning of this year. I got all teary and proud at the same time. Then Dill looked at me and grabbed my hand and said "more fun mama!!! go!!!" and I sure did!

I WASN'T exhausted. That rocks, the day rocks and my kid rocks. AND WLS surgery ROCKS!!!!!

I just had to share.

Oh man, Jeanne, you're making me cry here! That is one of those WOW moments that doesn't hit you until BAM! It HITS YOU!!!

You know what's gonna be cool? Dillon won't even remember you obese.... And you'll be around to enjoy many more WOWs with him, and someday maybe HIS kids!!!

Enjoy the moment, sweetie... You deserve it!!!

Jeanne- That IS the best moment! Your example is exactly why I am going to have RNY. DD is only 9 months old and I want to be healthy , or at least healthier by the time she's 1. Happy to hear you had a great time and enjoyed your big WOW moment. Many more to come I'm sure, congrats!
