Tuesday Coffee Talk
Good Tuesday morning ya'll. What a great day this is going to be! The sun will be up here in a few minutes and the temps are getting cooler. You can sense fall in the air! Sure does feel good too. Last night, Lucy and I went to dinner and a movie. I wanted to make a night of relaxing and romance because this week is so hectic. We had a great night and saw a great movie. Tyler Perry's "The Family That Preys". YOU HAVE TO SEE THIS MOVIE! Tonight, I am taking Allison and Torey for a night of the same with the movie of their choice. Our lives are about to change, but we are all 4 ready to accept it and enjoy it! God has done great things since Saturday. We've had a great time to bond with Lucy's parents.
Our challenge for today is to vow to relax more. Stop being so wound up and set in gear for "GO"! Too much, we are set on one speed......."GO"! What ever happened to the days of just sitting around with a nice glass of water, tea, or coffee talking with family or friends. What ever happened to the days of just being in relax mode. Not being so uptight? Today, let's vow to relax and enjoy life more. We are only given one life and if we just exsist and go instead of living, we'll find ourselves 80 years old (or younger if you pu****) and find yourself wondering where your life went. Let's RELAX MORE!! Are you with me?
So, who's up? What cha sipping on? Right now, I am RELAXING and enjoying some wonderful Maxwell House regular blend. Sure doe**** the spot!

Good morning Randall! I've been up since noon yesterday--very relaxed, very relaxing! Am sipping on some EAS chocolate hi-protein shake. Awesome gray rainy day: rained and wind blew all night, was spectacular! Off to bed now, and will likely sleep til around three p.m. And taking meds/supplements right on the mark!?!! Say 'hi' to the Mrs and give each other hugs for me! You've all been in my thoughts this week....breathe, breathe, breathe!
