Thanks and 9 month update!
First off Thank you to everyone *****plied to last weeks post. This last week has been very hard emotional with hubby losing his job. We have been auguring all week on what we want to do as a family. We are still unsure but he is looking for a job.
I had my 9 month check-up last week. I had to see someone else who was filling do to my nurse no longer being there. So I was in and out pretty fast. They said things looked good. I'm down over 120lbs. and have lost 80% of my excess weight.
I should be more excited but have found this extra stress making it hard and wanting to graze.
I am hoping thing will turn around soon!

Hi Jennifer~
First of all, let me apologize for not responding on board to your sad news of your hubby losing his job. I have been keeping you in my prayers, and will continue to do so until he gets a job. And even probably beyond that!
Next--congrats on such a great report!! Losing 120#s in 9 months is awesome! You are another poster child for WLS!! You go, girl!! I'm very proud of you!

CONGRATS on such amazing success, Jenn! You look fantastic - as is the case with all the PNC people, I can't remember what you USED to look like, until I see the "before" pictures. That's the best way to gauge how far we've all come!
Stress eating is a bi*ch, no doubt. If you can't re-direct your nervous energy elsewhere (Washing dishes? cleaning the kitchen? Those are on MY list of never-ending chores!), just get rid of all the evil options, and stick with protein! (THAT MEANS SNACK-SIZE CANDY BARS AND 100 CALORIE PACKS, TOO

Imperfect does not = unsuccessful
Hey Jenn, you've done a fantastic job. It's hard when the stressors of life veer us off track. You need to take care of you, but that means getting back on track making good decisions, finding a healthy stress releaser. I can relate because I'm scared of old habits coming back, it's just so easy and comfortable to slip. If you need to talk give me a call any time.
Positive vibes coming your way.

Jen,
Great job.....120 pounds is awesome.....Please take care of you.....Stress eating I'm sure we've all done at one point or another, I know I have, but in the long run it only hurts us.....Try doing something else, a walk or work, etc.......Good luck to your hubby finding another job. Take care, and were all here for you....
