Donating Plasma & General feelings lately
Does anyone donate plasma or have you donated plasma at 5months out? I have started doing this for extra income. My physician's assistant ok'd it at my last 3-month checkup. There is one place in town that won't let you til 6-months out but another place just accepted my note from the PA. Most of the time I feel fine afterwards, I think the times it wipes me out is when I don't eat enough before I donate (must do apparently!)
Ironically, though lately, I have been feeling light headed upon standing and just plain old wiped out! I am not sure if its related to "womanly happenings" during this time of the month or what. I just feel loopy most of the time and quite tired. I am taking all my vitamins when I'm supposed to each day too.
I'm trying really hard to incorporate exercise into my daily routine before I hit the "magical" 6-month mark too but often feel weak and/or funky after 20min.'s on the treadmill too.
I've been experiencing more stalls lately than weight loss...what's up? Am I approaching a goal or just going thru many stalls during this process?
Starting Weight: 243
Current Weight: 172
Goal Weight: 140?

I've been donating plasma since 3 months out. Up here in Canada, we donate it--but when we need it in a medical emergency, we (the general public) don't get charged for it either.
Sorry that I can't help you with your other problems, although the wooziness does sound like low blood sugar.
Good luck!
