Tuesday Coffee Talk
Good Tuesday morning everyone! WOW! What a great nights sleep will do for ya. I slept like a rock, for 4 hours. HAHAHAHA Lucy and I talked a lot last night. TOO much and TOO long. Don't regret a second of it though. I hope you slept good too.
Our challenge today is to get in ALL of your water. No matter how you get it in, DRINK YOUR WATER! Water is one of the MAIN and VITAL keys to weight loss. Remember to water load 30 minutes before your meals and don't drink for 30 minutes after. I am VERY guilty of not doing either. I'm getting back in the habit though. Are ya with me? Let's get our water in and see what happens!
So, who's up? What cha sipping on? Me? I'm loving some Milestone Pumpkin flavor coffee. Sure is good and hits the spot. Wanna cup?

You hit my nail on the head today, man... I get all my water in, but the 30 minute before & after meal rule? It's the ONE thing I have not been very good about... I need to adhere to it more closely - the further out I get, the more my weight seems to just sit in one place... dare I even use the word "maintain"??? I need to shake my routine up a bit to knock these last 30 (?) pounds off my frame, so the water rule is one I need to pay more attention to, as well as getting in some more structured exercise!

I am really good about my water.I don't have any problem getting enough in as water has always been my drink of choice. I can drink right up to the meal and no drinking during. I don't drink for 60 minutes after. I set timers still after 1 year out. That is what my surgeon recommended for me and I still do it.
Every surgeon is sure different in what they want!! I hope you can get back on track....water is so good for us!!
