This year for those who would like we are taking orders for 3 different kinds of shirts:       
T-Shirt $15  *  Golf Shirt $20   *   Sweatshirt $20

First Line: "Dreams Do Come True 2008 Gala" 
Second Line (Optional): Personalize with doc name, such as "Body by Buchwald", "Baker Sized" "Fashioned by Fashing" (correct spellings will be used) included.   ANY doctor's name can be inserted or think of your own phrase!

Dreams Do Come True 2008 Fall Gala

This is a celebration event for ALL who have had, going to have, or thinking about Weight Loss Surgery, their spouses, all support people, along with our doctors and other support.

Where: MEDINA ENTERTAINMENT CENTER - 1st Floor - Medina, Minnesota

Date: SATURDAY, NOV. 1, 2008

7PM Dinner
8PM Program & Silent Auction Results
9PM Music, Dancing & Social Time

This event is a chance for everyone to dress up & celebrate! Like the prom you never went to.  Dress for your comfort, we want you to just come and have fun!

You can definitely order a shirt without attending the Gala!  No problem!  Just contact AnnMarie at [email protected].  She is collecting all the info.  Thanks for asking!

YES of course anyone can get shirts tho they will have to pay shipping also.  ALSO don't forget at the Gala included with each ticket is a picture with your friend/spouse, or add your surgery support people or YOUR switch partner!  If anyone has anything they would like me to include in the Gala Bags such as coupons, samples with information of thier local business WE all want to support you!  Please contact me [email protected].  I am having some computer probles so phone numbers included really help.  Don't worry if I am a bit slow (MEA We will be going out of town and my lap top is also down but might have to borrow the son in laws! hee hee)  Any questions or IDEA's let me know.  I will be calling a Table Host meeting after MEA and I need more HOSTS it is fun and rewarding job!  You will make GREAT friends for life!  This year unless soneone asks will again be choosing your table which will be hard job as the HOSTS are all WONDERFUL and FUN people - Like ME!  HEE HEE  Doodlebug you know we are going to MISS you!  If your plans change even very close to the day PLEASE let us know!  AnnMarie
