Thanks, Darlin'!

Fur shure I will be counting my blessings--although it's too easy to look at the dark side of things and want better.....dang human nature...

I will be thanking the good Lord for all of my wonderful friends here on the board. Couldn't ask for a better support system than you guys!

And Sandie--LOVE this new avi of yours!  Your wedding picture?  How long ago was that?

Thanks Sweet Sue!
We will be celebrating our 9th Anniversary on the 16th!  On the picture you can't tell I was overweight....AND THEN I had babies and the weight WOULD NOT go pre-prego and another and another!!!!  BUT what a blessing my DH and girls are!  If I had it to do all over and knew I would get obese I would still do it all over again!  THANK GOD for WLS!!!!!!
Hugs and Blessings to you

ME TOO!  (I mean the missing you...)

Like I tell my kids--You're sooo sweet you give me a toothache!

But in your case--You are just plain SWEET!

Sure would be nice to get together--the sooner the better.  However, with this job, I can't even get all my bills paid, much less afford a trip somewhere.  God has a purpose for this!!  That's what I keep telling myself, anyway.

LOVE YOU LOTS and LOTS!!

Thanks, Connie~
It was great having my in-laws over for supper!  I tried to make things as low-sodium as possible, as my MIL is in end-stages of renal-failure.  Try to do and still have things taste good! I was pretty successful, tho, as I  just didn't add salt to much of the foods.

Quin was a great  help!  He had been given an electric knife for helping move a friend, and with that, and directions he had gotten off the Internet on 'how to carve a turkey'  he did a splendid job of carving!  He also made from scratch a balsamic vinegar dressing.  He also helped clean up the apartment and dried all the dishes, which MIL insisted upon washing, God bless her! The guy will be a good catch for some woman some day!

Ya know, even after all these years, I still miss the excitement that starts with American Thanksgiving and ends with New Year's day. Maybe what I really miss the non-stop binging that came with one celebration and continued on until the New Year!

Love and ((HUGS)) to  you, Sweetie!
