OT - Another WLS-friendly apple crisp!
Rich LOVES LOVES LOVES his apple crisp in the fall - buried in Cool Whip, of course! I've had a few apples, but because he likes his crisp HEAVY on the crisp, I haven't indulged in it.
Yesterday he asked me to make another pan, so I did - but I set aside enough apples to make a small loaf-type pan for myself. I mixed up the crisp part minus any sugar - then took out enough for my lil' experiment. I finished his off with the brown sugar, and finished off MINE with Splenda's brown sugar!
Can we just say

? IT WAS SOOO GOOD!!! (I've never been much of a Cool Whip person anyway, just ate mine plain...)
