Pumpkin Spice Dip Recipe

Pumpkin Spice Dip

8 oz. whipped cream cheese
3 tablespoons splenda
2 tablespoons Sugar Free Caramel, Vanilla or Pumpkin Pie spice coffee syrup
1/2 cup canned pumpkin
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1. In a bowl, beat cream cheese, splenda and syrup til creamy.
2. Add pumpkin, spices and vanilla and beat til smooth.
3. Refrigerate for at least an hour.
4. Enjoy - great with apples!

For more protein you could also add 1 scoop of unflavored Any Whey protein powder - doesn't change the taste or consistency.

Thank you Linda for posting this. This is one of the best treats...I just loved it!!!  I am going to make it and take it to my daughters on Thanksgiving....dipping apples in it.....yumo!!!

Great to finally meet you in person Connie - i did finish my necklace and earrings - i hadn't ever done that beading stuff before and now i am looking to do some more - I have to learn how to do the ends yet though.

I have purchased more beads and hope to make more myself. I can see why it can get addicting!! My friend Pam has beaded before so she knows how to do the ends. She will show me how.
