That dip ROCKS!!!  I hide it from Linda so I could take it to work today as a treat.  Also, what did you put in with the apples slices, they're still crisp and not brown?

Edi - i just put them in a plastic bag and put in some lemon juice and shake it up gently til they are coated - stops the oxidation that makes them brown.

Oh yeah, seriously addictive.  I say forget the apples and just eat it like dessert!!

Linda - did you use fat free, light or regular cream cheese?

i used the whipped kind that come in the little plastic tubs - just makes it fluffier - 

any of the kinds would work - just have to soften the other stuff up.
