Camping IS evil with regard to snacking! But don't give in to it. You do NOT want to get to the hospital on the 12th and be sent home because you didn't lose those 10 pounds, right? Let THAT be your motivation! NOTHING, I repeat NOTHING tastes as good as thin feels!!!
If you must snack, take protein-based snacks, or fruits and veggies. Ramp up the exercise - go HIKING!! Counter-act every "evil" thing you eat with some kind of calorie-burning activity! Just minimize the carbs, 'cuz if you're not eating them, your body has to burn your "stores"!
YOU'RE GONNA BE FINE!!! Even if you do gain a few, you have PLENTY of time to lose them once you get back - those liquid diets are AMAZING that way!!!
