WOW moment

Needless to say, since surgery almost 9 weeks ago, I have been shedding pounds and sizes like a snake sheds his skin.  My first transition in jeans was from a 54 waist to my 48s. Thank god I am a clothes hoarder and have enough sizes to start a men's store!  4x to xl!  Anyway, these 48s have started to get really baggy in the butt and legs.  Pointed out by some friends a couple of weeks ago! ;)  I have 2 pair of 44 jeans in my arsenal and thought, what the heck, I'll try them on and see where I am at.  What do you know, I am sitting here wearing the 44s comfortably.  Now, we all know how clothes sizes work and their variations, but it really feels good to be in these jeans again.  They aren't baggy in the butt!  I love this surgery!

Good for you Michael!   I remember back 5+ years ago how much fun that was shopping in my own closet!  The only problem was sometimes my old clothes were out of style they had been in the closet so long!  Who cares...I wore them anyways because I shrunk out of those too in no time and had to buy clothes again for real.

Congrats and enjoy the slide down the sizes!!

Hey- I hope you're taking pictures to keep track of your progress, even if you aren't updating them every week on here.

You're doing so great, and it's wonderful to know you're LOVING that you had your surgery. I bet next time I see you your 44's will be sagging, if you haven't already dropped to a 42.
