YUP! I mean, he has one, so I'm sure the one you ended up with is probably his! We'll have to figure out a time & place to meet so I can reclaim it! In the meantime, it'll be interesting to see how long it takes the Travman to 'fess up that it's missing! (GEEZE I'm an evil mom...

I'll give the recipe a shot here - I SHOULD know it by heart! But I'll check it at home tonight to make sure I didn't screw anything up.
This recipe is for an 8x8" pan.
4-5 apples, peeled, cored & sliced (more if they're small..)
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup oats
3/4 tsp. nutmeg
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/3 cup butter or margarine (I used butter)
2/3-3/4 cup brown sugar ***
*** this is where I substituted Splenda Brown Sugar - 5 T plus 1 tsp = 2/3 cup regular
I also double the crumbly stuff for the topping, as Rich likes it better when there's as much "crisp" as there is apple!
Spray the pan, lay all the apple chunks in the bottom (should come @ 2/3 of the way to the top of the pan). Mix the crisp ingredients together well with a pastry cutter or a fork, and layer it over the apples. Bake at 375 for 30 to 40 minutes.
Some people need Cool Whip or ice cream with their apple crisp. Not me - I like mine straight up!!
