I love you so very much!  I wish my body permitted me to be more social outside of my house.  Congratulations on your amazing success.  Maintaining that amount of loss for 4 years is a testament to your tenacity (did I spell testament right?  Testement. . . no that's not right.  Huh huh - I typed teste - - huh uh uh huh huh. . . .) *snapping back from Bevis mode* What was I saying?
