Has it always been this way or just since you expanded your eating selection? I would call your WLS clinic and talk to the nut~ my theory is better safe then sorry and there is NO dumb question!

Hi Millie- Check the sugars on the yogurt- I try to stick below 8 grams and even a lot of the light yogurts have over 10 grams of sugar.
In my opinion it is not normal to feel like that after eating- but it sounds like what you ate did not agree with you. Could take awhile to figure out what goes well and what doesn't- Journaling will help you keep track.
