I didn't mean to offend you if I did. But we all have known what it feels like when you are overweight and not noticed for much else than that. Sorry if I offended you?
No.. it just made me sad is all.. its ok.... I get where you are coming from. But I am still just me fat or thin. If there was anything not offered to me before I think it had to do alot with my own thoughts holding me back from things.
I might be viewed differently now but I sure have the heart of the fat girl I was.

I understand Linda.... unfortunately, in the TV world... I did not get reporter jobs solely because of my weight. My professor even said to me "You know what it's going to be like. You are a good journalist, but as far as being on-air, the weight will hold you back. You are competing against a lot of people that are thin and have a TV look."
I do understand where you are coming from, but in my career... it's reality. I am just so happy that WLS has given me the chance to get to a weight where my personality can shine and my weight can be looked at as a "not big deal." I love it!
