I'm so incredibly proud of you honey!  To beat out another station that had 5 times the staff on their website team - it proves that you and your web partner work your butts off!  I can't believe how young and successful you are - I'm completely in awe of you and of course, I'd be lying if I said I wasn't just a wee bit jealous!  You have your whole world ahead of you - I can't wait to see what you accomplish next!

'Cuz I truly believe you have what it takes.  Inside, you're already there!  And you're DEFINITELY working your way into the position you truly want on the outside, too!  I get the struggle, the discrimination you have faced - for most of us, our appearances aren't NEARLY as important as the job we do, and we've STILL faced that judgement thing.  But to be an on-camera reporter?  All I know is that you're gonna impress a WHOLE LOT of people when they finally find out who you are!!!
