Hi Anna - you are an awesome woman in my book - going to work the next morning!
I agree about the tape. I still am finding that even this morning.

"Very" loudly - that is funny!

Happy sleeping!!!

My sleep study was H-O-R-R-I-B-L-E!!!!!!!!!  I think I slept maybe 4 hours.  BUT what was horrible was that they had the most uncomfortable pillows!!!!!!!!!!  I got such a horrible headache from them and it showed up on the sleep study results.  I reccomend to anyone to bring your own pillows.  The bed wasn't to bad and the room was comfortable, it was those darn pillows.  THEN there was the fact that I knew I was being watching and recorded while I slept, and this didn't help matters, In the end, I had midl sleep apnea preop, and I am sure this has resolved since losing weight.

*On a side note, which I find interestng you posted this today.  My sleep study dr/pulmonologist, Dr. Mickman, sent all his patients letters (which I got in the mail today)  that he is resigning from practicing medicine do to a serious medical illness and will most likely not be returning to practice medicine.  HOW SAD!!!  We need to pray for him!

Thanks Amy for posting this!!

I had mine at Park Nicollet in St Louis Park. The tech was really annoying to me but oh well. They had sleep number beds and asked me to bring my own pillow if I wanted. They determined sleep apnea right away and put me on a C pap the next day. I started getting better sleep with the machine but after surgery I don't need it anymore. I did take the day after off because I was so tired from my sleep study and I needed to spend about an hour in the shower getting the gunk out of my hair. I should probably schedule another one to see if I still need the machine but my insurance does rent to own, so I think I just own it now.

Sleep Number beds must be THE thing to have - the facility I was at had them, too.

Sarah, you know what - it might be worth it to get re-evaluated because you maybe don't need the machine anymore, but if you do, it just might be a setting adjustment. Lower no doubt.
How cool is that possibility?!?
