7 days out, and finally home from hospital
OH SWEETHEART~!!! What an aweful ordeal and experience! I am soooo sorry you had to go thru all that! I pray that is the only rough spot you have and that it is all smooth sailing from here on out! I also, pray for a quick healing from 2 surgeries in 2 days! Take it easy, sip, sip, sip.....You need to take care of YOU right now so that you can get back to feeling better! After all of that I don't blame you for thinking "what have I done"...please hang in there and yes, when you see the results that are to come you will be thankful then.

"Do unto others as you'd have done to you"~ The Golden Rule to Live by!
You are what you EAT and WHO you hang out with! Choices=Outcome~ what's YOUR choice??
I'm not perfect but I am going to die trying!!!
Well THAT didn't sound like a good time... I'm sorry you had such issues, but also thankful that they didn't mess around and went right back in to fix you up!
So NOW, it's time for you to heal - DO NOT over-do anything, okay? You need rest, you need fluids, and you need time to process all of this. Get help from anyone you can with your kids, so you don't strain your new plumbing. I'll send up prayers that your recovery goes well, and that your regrets will be few and far between. Like Sandie said, once you are rested, feeling better and those pounds start dropping, I'll bet you'll look back at this unpleasant experience and think - "well, that sucked, but it sure was worth it!!!"
Gentle hugs for you -

Theresa- I'm sorry you went through such a horrific experience. How scared you must have been sensing something must be really wrong for you to be feeling that badly, with all the throwing up/coughing. Like Darla said, glad they got it figured out sooner than later. It can only get better from here, right? I hope your recovery is extra stealth from here. You deserve a super speedy healing with all you've been through. Take care!

Theresa,
So sorry to hear about this horrible ordeal, I hope and pray that you will see that it will have been all worth it, once you start seeing results. Praying that there will be no further bumps in the road for you.
God Bless,
Erika
P.S. I also had issues with pain meds, I found out I was allergic to ever major narcotic out there!
My surgeon found a nasal spray called STAYDOL, it worked for me. Maybe worth checking into with your surgeon.
