Nine Month Update

Hi everyone,

I had my nine month post op visit last Thursday. I have lost 73% of my excess weight!! WOWSERS! I am feeling great and doing well I believe, plus that is what I'm told. LOL! I have lost 98 pounds and feel like a new person. I may have lost nearly 100 pounds but I have gained many dear dear friends and support. Thank you everyone!

On Monday I had a visit with my pcp. She TOOK OBESITY off of my problem list!!!!! My BMI is 28. WHOA!

This journey, process, and surgery is amazing. I would do again in a heartbeat!!
