How are you guys doing?   While I'm not required to do the liquid diet, I have  to lose 10LBS before surgery, or it will be canceled.  I'm doing fine, had my first protein shake of the day.  Bet I'll be struggling once DH starts making his Sunday morning breakfast and it smells like Perkins in here.  Have to run to the store later and get some SF Jello and maybe some broth so I don't burn out on protein shakes.

Don't forget sugar free popsicles!! They help a huge amount with the need to chew and are crunchy!!  Lots of flavors too.  I am 3 years out and still use them.

Good luck on the LD, keep your eyes on the prize, a more beautiful you!!

When I was on my liquid diet, and was going crazy I sometimes ate a lean cuisine.  Most of them have the same amount of cal., carbs, and fat as a protein shake.  Since you don't have to do the liquid diet, I would try some.  Hope this helps??
