Hey ALL!!!  Let's get this started again!!!!  FOR EVERYONE!
Let's make a mini~goal and weekly see how we are doing in getting close to our mini~goal (which gets us to our grand goal)!!!!  So Shout it out and LET'S ROCK!!!!

Me~ to do whatever to get the pain in my knees GONE! Hopefully by the end of the year/begining of new year!

My goal this week is to pull out of this funk I am in.   The tireds and moodies! 

To realize I might look like this but I FEEL like this...

My brain is outta whack this week and I am going to work on having a better attitude!

My goal for the rest of this week is to quit eating junk....no more mini kitkats, reeses etc...    I also want to try to reduce the carbs in my diet.

My goal for this week is to exercise every single day, no excuses and to track everything I eat.  So far I've done it 4 days in a row.  This is hopefully going to bring me to my next goal which is loose 8 lbs to get me from the obese category to the overweight category.

My goal is to make it to a Maple Grove Coffee Group (or Minnetonka) by December.  I really want to meet all of you but am kind of shy at going to new things.  Just trying to break out of my comfort zone!

Hey Kathy!! Come to The Depot on Saturday!! If you are too shy to just walk in on a big crowd, I could pick you up! We could chat during the ride and I'll introduce you at the get together... (Trust me, I was super shy too and my first group meeting for a huge group) Let me know!
