MINI~GOALS???
My goal is to do the physical therapy exercises that I was given yesterday. The scar on the bottom of my foot has really gotten big and uncomfortable to walk on. So, PT for 6 weeks with stretching exercises and go in and get ultrasound 2 X a week.
I want to be able to walk comfortably and I can't do that now.

My goal is to exercise 3 to 4 times a wee****il (at least) the end of the year... I think I can, I think I can, I can, I can. Ergh!

My goal for these next weeks of November is to exercise everyday for at least 15 minutes. Even if it is just the 5 pound weights or resistant bands, something is better than what I have been doing.
Also, to cut out the snacking in the afternoon. I really want to loose 10 more pounds before Christmas to bring me to the 100 pound mark!!!!
