yeah, i've been told by my teenager daughter to just go to bed - falling asleep in the chair these days. i've been taking all the vits and supps too, but i do think it's the shorters daylite hours. good to know i'm not alone.

Hello sweetie...I have SAD and need to use a light at this time of year....I hate the dark gloomy days...I am so tired.
I also go tanning just to feel the heat!!
