Is it possible?

Last Thursday I decided it's time to get my butt back to the gym and do a planned workout schedule.   I went Thur night and worked out for 45 mins.   After working out I weighed myself at 221.4 lbs.   I went to workout today and weighed myself right before starting and I weighed in at 213.8.   Is that possible to have lost 7.6 lbs in that little bit of time.   It was the same scale and the same time of day.  Of course I had fallen back into some old habits of eating junk.....and Halloween didn't help it.    I have stuck to protein mostly since Thursday....seeing that 8lb gain really kicked me in the butt to get going again.    So....now I'm scared to weigh again when I go for fear it'll bounce back up.   Arggggg this is why I don't have a scale at home.

Hello Michelle!  Give yourself all the deserved credit and try not to be so hard on yourself;  you got back to the gym, planned a workout schedule, and actually did it.  It may help to focus on inches rather than the scale as your body adjusts to the working out.  Anything to ease the scale shock.....keep up the fabulous work hon!  I'm planning the next Duluth getaway weekend as we speak (likely Feb., and will post as open for all!)  Looking forward to seeing you again!  Hugs, Patti

CONGRATS!!!  It is possible!!  You are eating all protein and working out.  And my advice is DO NOT go near the scale until the clothes are baggy!!!!!  ENJOY!!  ROCK THAT TOOL!!!!  WooooHooooooo!!!  What an inspiration you are!!!
