Yeah, the "no experience" does suck!  Especially when a lot in my field don't have the degree yet.  The positions in my field didn't used to require a degree, but now they're making them go get the degree and certification.  That's one reason I had trouble getting an internship as places didn't want interns coming in with maybe more knowledge than they had.

Thanks for the positive vibes, and I'll keep 'em coming back at ya, too!

I just KNOW you'll be posting great news one day soon. Either a fab job, or that you'll be starting school.  Have faith

Sweet Sue...sorry about the job situation. I think God has a plan for you. Right now you do need to be where you are because of your MIL's health. The right job will come when the time is right.

Prayers for you and your MIL.

Thank you, my dear sweet friend. You words and prayers are comforting.

(Today is my MIL's 79th birthday. Gees--I can't believe that she's that old--I remember when she was MY age!  This is a whole different slant on things!)

Awww, Tracy~

After stewing over the dual rejections for a night, things do not look brighter in the light of day.
I AM trying my  hardest to see this as just a door closed, that these jobs did not have my name on them.  BUT I am trusting God to know what is best for me....

Thanks for your prayers and hugs!!

Thank you so much, Jennifer.
I'm feeling the reality of the rejections today.
I'm just trying to see the whole picture--with only little  pieces available.

In trying to find something 'positive or better'--as shelf stocker at the Real Canadian SuperStore, I get to put out the new toys as they come in.  GET A LOAD OF THIS:: There's a new Barbie that has a pet dog named Taffy. She looks like a golden lab. (The dog--not Barbie!) Anyway--Taffy has 3 puppies of various colours. Barbie is holding one--along with a bottle. The deal is:: Barbie gives the bottle to the puppy who piddles!  This is a packaged deal!  For $19.99 you can buy the whole shebang!  I try to convince the moms who look at this that this is better than having a REAL dog!  Don't have to walk, scoop, or feed.  And the puppy piddles only when you want it to be cute!

I'm praying that your hubby is successful in getting a good job.
