Bummed
I'm so bummed. I went to see my surgeon today and he had to push back my surgery two weeks. At least I still get to have it, just a little later than planned. On the good side, I've lost 11.5 pounds in 12 days!

Well, 11.5 pounds in 12 days is awesome!! I'm sure getting your date pushed out was a downer, I'd be upset too. How come, just because of scheduling or what? The 3rd will be here before you know it. Are you going to continue on your LD ?

Well when I first seen my doctor he said he wanted me to loose 30 to 40 pounds before operating on me. I've lost a total of 22 pounds so far. When I was approved he scheduled me right away even though he's told me that he wants me on the liquid diet for a month. I've only been on it 2 weeks so that's why it was pushed back two weeks. I'm just bummed because things keep happening to delay it and all along I've been mentally ready. I just can't keep getting my hopes up I guess until the morning of the surgery when I'm being wheeled into the operating room.

Awesome job on the Weight Loss. Sorry that your surgery got pushed back. But, they say it will happen when its time perhaps this is just a better time!!
I know that waiting can sometimes be the hardest part! Keep busy and it will go fast.

My doc wants me down to 350 before he'll operate, so 22 more pounds to go. I know I can do it. I've been walking everyday and been riding my exercise bike as well. I'm just not a very patient person!
