OK, so by know, lots of you have probably heard/read my complaining about U of MN and my stuff not being submitted to insurance yet even though my surgery is on Dec. 1.

I finally called one of the nurse coordinators basically to say that this is causing me a lot of stress, I am having trouble getting ready for surgery when I don't know it's going to happen or not, this can't be good for my body pre-op....etc.

I got a call this morning and it was submitted. 31 pages. So hopefully next week I will have an answer.

Great Job Anna!! Sometimes the medical people need to hear how they are hindering success and need to realize that you are going to be persistent until they help!!

Good for you! I am all too aware that the squeaky wheel gets the grease, even when the squeaky wheel is wrong...
