MAPLE GROVE COFFEE!!
Hey there beautiful!!! Was really hoping I would be able to sneak away this weekend, but doesn't look like it.... MIL is still hangin on.....Really would love to get down there to see you all again, maybe next time.
We have been busy doing all the 'pre-planning' we can, and boy is that ever so hard....Feels really weird making plans for someones funeral, weird, is all I can say. But I am thank ful that we all have been given this opportunity to say our goodbyes and knowing that her days are short, we are making each visit as special as we can. She is a very special lady, and I am going to miss her very very much. A little about how special she is, she had 7 boys within 10 years and she raised them all on her own. The boys father abandoned her and the boys when my DH was 8 years old. She is a strong and stubborn woman and she has a heart of gold.
Funny story, when the hospice nurse who has 3 sons of her own asked her for some advise, my MIL said, stop right there, don't have any more! I said but 'Ma, if you had stopped we would not have Sam, and she smiled and said Oh, well....' (Sam is the 4th son)
Anyway, I just needed to share a little bit, it seems this is all I have been thinking about the past few days.....
Make sure you have a Latte for me in the AM!!!
