I highly suggest Lands End! May be pricier than you want to spend, not sure, but they have fit experts you can call and talk to - have your measurements handy and they'll be able to size you right. Their clothes fit wonderfully and are very well made!

I have a pair of cords, they are so comfy! I got them at JC Pennys- St John Bays.
They are a bit big on me (18) So it will not be long before I am hunting for more. I didn't think I could wear them because I remember the yucky noise they would make, I have not found that problem. Maybe the mills corrected it- was it a material flaw? LMAO ok, well I tried to find the excuse
