OMG!
I have broken the 150 barrier! According to MY scale, I weigh 148--with jammies on and having had breakfast. I haven't been in the 140s since, well, I don't know when. Maybe in my early 20s when I was just married and had a very active job...
This weight surprises me--I feel like I've been non-stop pigging out beause of the stress I'm under. (Stress? What stress???) BAD HABIT!!!! Bad me!!!

Goal weight: 220 (updated this weekend)
My goal has been changed a few times, although I am quite satisfied with where it is right now... if I never lost any more weight, I'd be more than okay with that.
I gained a few pounds, mainly b/c I haven't exercised due to the gimpy leg. But I start physical therapy next week(was supposed to be today, but I needed a *real* day off), so that should help get some of the tone back in my legs.

I haven't done one of these posts in a while, but felt like I should join in today. As of this weekend I have broken out of the 170's and now weight less than I did in the 8th grade!

I cannot believe it, I haven't even been exercising much, however I have also not been snacking like I was nor eating as many carbs as before.
