Thanks Linda for stepping in. Crazy time for me at work and other things but I know I will get through it all.  I have the support I've been looking for!!!!!!!  Outside the Fantastic friends I have made and support from them.  Had a little episode with Cheese last night that had me prayin to the almighty acrylic god!!!LOL  even this far out your pouch changes what it want to have.  Ant way this week will be like no other!!!  It looks like it could be Ginormous in purportion to any other because it's new it's fresh and it has the opportunity to be the best.  Make today your best day ever.

Trying to get back to 153 which was my lowest, and would love to reach that 150 goal of mine!  Dr's goal was 183 & I am way past that.  Doing much better with my food. Not so good with water - will try harder.  I am addicted to tea - ugh!
Have a good week everyone!  My daughter's adapted soccer team won the Mn state Championship Saturday, and my son is home for Christmas from college.  It doesn't get any better!
