Tuesday Coffee Talk
Good Tuesday morning everyone! Time to rise and shine! It's going to be a WONDERFUL day! I hope you slept good.
Our challenge today is to get in all your water. Water is SO IMPORTANT to us WLS'ers! Why? It makes us LOSE #1, but it also keeps us from dehydrating, it keeps us "regular" (HAHA) and it helps us eat less when we water load 30 minutes before eating. If you don't get your water in, you will start to regain. BELIEVE ME! Water CAN and WILL make you lose!! GET IN THOSE 64 PLUS OUNCES OF WATER EVERY DAY!! I know you can! I have confidence in you!!
So, who's up this morning? What cha sipping on? Me? I'm loving me some Gevalia Vanilla Nut Coffee. It sure is good too! Wanna cup?

You are righ****er is sooo important, when I have a day or two of less than 64 ounces I can definitely tell, and I usually am super diligent to get it back up to where it needs to be. I completely agree that when you keep your water intake up it is easier to loose the weight. I am definitely going to get my 64 ounces, plus in today!
Right now I sipping on my soy latte w/SF carmel from Starbucks! Please send up some warm weather it is freezing up here and without my 121 pounds of insulation it is quite a shock to the system!

Good Morning Randall.....
Good challenge however not an issue for me. I have always been a water-holic!! I was raised with a dad that loved water. My children and grands make it their drink of choice most everytime.
Hope you are having a good week. Give Lucy a hug for me...I sure do miss you two!!
