It's not reflux silly, it's......
Ok, so I'm thinking this lump in my throat/feeling in my chest that I've had that I've been thinking was reflux due to my change to a high protein diet is..............da da da daaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa
HIGH ANXIETY about surgery next week. I took 1MG of Xanax this morning and no longer have the lump/chest feeling. If it comes back and I try that again, then I think I've pinned down the issue.
Has anyone else had such stress/anxiety that it gives you physical isses like that?
Thank you again for all your support the past few days.

Sorry you have having such anxiety about your upcoming surgery. But, I'm glad that you have a solution to your issue at least for now. I sure hope it stays that way!!
I did not have any anxiety but, just nerve.
I believe that you will be happy once this is all said and done. I sure wish you the best.
Hope to see you at coffee on Saturday!
Best wishes.

Kristy,
Smart thinking, yes anxiety can often manifest itself in physical symptoms, so good for you for thinking outside the box and taking the Xanax. I actually was not all that nervous about my surgery, but you know what I didn't have a little girl and a husband at the time either. Everything is going to be fine. You will come through it and start melting before you know it!
I am so excited for you and I am staying in the metro area for Thanksgiving so no rush on my visist next Wednesday night after work.
Many Hugs!
If you need to talk email or call me!
