Its getting kind of frustrating.

I have been eating way to much at one time an it scares me.  I am so sad, mad, and depressed lately that I went right back to food for comfort.  If any of you have any ideas for me please share them with me.  I don't want to gain my weight back.

Water is so important.  I tend to drink 3 big bottles within about 4 hours and not drink it frequently through the day.  Will try to do better this week.

Still trying to get the hang of this maintaining thing.  Just when I think I've got it figured out I get a curve ball.  Drives me crazy.  Guess that's why I was a yo-yo dieter.  Never could figure it out.  I WILL WIN THIS TIME!!!!!!!

I have gone to 20 or less carbs during the week and high protein.  This broke my stall!  Yahoo!  
I am so thankful to be a water drinker.  That is one area I do well.  However, I use to love exercise and now, since Sept. 1, I have not done it more than a handful of times.  :O(    I want to do it again.
