what is that Star Track expression --'going where no man has gone before'??
Sue....it will be a difficult journey without him but you will be just fine and so will he.
I wish you all the best my dear friend. Those babies always remain our babies no matter how old they are. You are blessed!!
This will be my first Thanksgiving with out at least one of my children. Cir****tances are not allowing me to travel right now. They will be with me in my heart and me with them.
Hugs and love.....connie d

Thank you, Sweetheart!
I guess you're in the same boat as I. We'll survive this and other holidays. And we shall ALWAYS keep them in our hearts, no matter where they (or we) are.
My soldier son and his family are traveling to Vancouver to celebrate Christmas with his twin siblings. I better pray for good weather for them--they do have to go through the Rockies which can be pretty nasty in winter.
And so the kids learn to bloom where they are planted, to create their own holyday celebrations. This is good--no matter how much I wish were with them!
I've talked with MIL and they will be sure that Q isn't alone at Christmas--(as much as he thinks it's COOL to have his OWN place! ) Being alone does not have to equate loneliness. The cat is not welcome at Grandma's--they have a mutual dislike going on!
