Mini-Goal
I had set a mini-goal for myeslf to be 155 by the new year, but after talking to my older sister, who is the smallest in my family and finding out she is at 152 I have decided that by 12/31/08 I want to be down to 150. This means I will definitely be watching what I eat more and working out whenever I get a free moment. When I told my sis my current weight she was suprised I had gotten so close to her. I am almost as the same weight as my sister....wooohooo! I have to stay motivated and not slack off just because I have a guy now.

It's good to set mini goals.......Just don't get discouraged if you don't reach it........I now only set 5 pound goals........It takes me a month to loose that 5 pounds......
I agree with KA too, it's just numbers.......Look at yourself in the mirror, your beautiful.....
Good luck, just make sure to get that protein in......
