I posted last week that my paperwork was being submitted for approval. Well, guess what, it hadn't. Apparently the ins gal was out of the office last week and she just submitted yesterday.

So literally, 30 seconds after I hit the post button on my original post above. My cell phone called and it was BSBC-NE telling me they still did not have the paperwork I was inquiring about this morning and that I need to have them resubmit. Called the ins gal back and she is going to refax it right away.

This is driving me nuts.

I'm sorry you have to deal with this.... but hopefully it'll be through before you know it! :) The wait before surgery is so frustrating... but I guess it is worth the wait!

2019: 11 years out and maintaining a loss of 150lbs.
