Exercise ideas??
I have enjoyed going to the Gym every other day. At the gym I do the epllicatial for 30 mins and the I jump on the treadmill for 30 mins starting out at a 14 incline and working my way down through the half hour. Sometime I do weights after the workout. On the opposite days I have been doing the Biggest Loser Cardio Dvd whi*****oporates weights.
