St. Cloud Support Group - HELP

I am meeting my sister tomorrow night in St. Cloud, she is attending her first support group meeting.  I have been searching for info on this meeting for the last 30 minutes, but I can't find out when and where it is being held.  My sister's last dietician appointment is at 4:15 tomorrow, then she's attending the support group meeting, then all she has left is to wait for approval for her lap band - I'm so excited for her!  I want to help her every way I can, but I can't figure out where the dang meeting it - can anyone help me???

p.s.  My sister is having a lap band (hopefully in January) with Dr. Bettendorf at Abbot in St. Cloud.

The support group meetings are at the St. Cloud Hospital in St Cloud (Abbott is in the cities). If you enter on the far left side of the hospital, farthest from the Emergency Room entrance, you will park in visitor parking and enter at door E. I am not sure which rooms they are using, but for quite awhile it was in the Fireside room. If you enter door E and go either by elevator or steps to the bottom floor, you will usually be able to find other people who are going to the meeting and can point you to the right room.

This is the link to Dr. Glass and Dr. Bettendorf's website that will give you info on their practice, the support group, their newsletter, and everything else you or your sister may want to know. While their office if located in the Abbott building, they do their surgeries at St. Cloud Hospital.

Nice to meet you also and I think it's great that your sister has someone to support her thru this. I've been trying to attend as many of the group meetings as I can because every time I seem to learn something new and it helps. I have a great nephrologyst who has got me this far with this kidney problem and for him to tell me to do this is a pretty good recommendation. He is part of the Centrecare system and when I asked about Dr Glass he told me that until he and Bettendorf came there he would not recommend having the surgery there but that they are both first class surgeons and that was good enough for me. I think my kidney appt will go just fine and he will be pleased with my progress. My wife the shopaholic can't wait for me to lose the weight so she can go shopping so she can dress me up. I figure I'll have to cut up the plastic by then to slow her down. Hope to see you again at one of the group meetings.
