Good morning folks!!!! How was your long weekend with Turkey day!!!  Mine was fantastic I got to spend it with my brother for the 1st time in 15 yrs and moved into my new place on Sat. Yaaaaaaaa-hoooooooo!!!!!  Any way remember even if you had a few too many of something this weekend get back on the wagon and exercise, take that walk,/run, drink tha****er and take those vitamins.  Life is too short to let it pass you by.  take it by the horns and make it yours.  U had this surgery but the surgery is just a tool!!!!!!  You have to due diligents and follow the plan!!!!

Already took my first vitamin and have been diligent to get them in.  Water has been going better and more consistent through the day.  Glad you had a great weekend Troy!

Morning!!!  Cold outside and my wussy dog won't walk outside any more.  So my exercise routine will now be the "winter" eliptical.  I'm sooooo excited to use it again.  I've finlly gotten into my mid-range weight maintaining minimum so I'm adding some aerobic exercise again!!!  Just walking and doing weights with my energy level really stunk.....And I'm really sick of eating nuts, nuts, nuts.....I'm nuts enough...

Well today has started out on a high note.  I made a goal for myself that I wanted to be considered overweighed as opposed to obese.  Well I did it.  I am now considered overweighed.
