You must be on your way by now - hope all goes well. Like Lorri said, walk and sip, and sip and walk. But take it easy - even though the band is the least invasive WLS, it is still major surgery. Follow the rules afterwards to let that band set into place. Let us know how you're doing and if you have any questions.
