back on track program in Twin Cities?

Hi gang.  It's been a long long time since I've been on the board.  Wondering if anyone has heard of an actual Back-On-Track program running in the Twin Cities?  If so, when and where?

Hi Nancy, you're from my old neck of the woods!  Grew up in Thorp and brother lives on Lake Wissota!  But anyway...  Park Nicollet Bariatric Clinic has offered Back On Track before and I think if you notify them and ask about availability, you might find out when the next one is.  I think they base classes on demand and teacher availability.  It's a great program and I sure do recommend it if you're stuggling.

Thank You Edi!  :o)  I'll contact Park Nic.  That's cool that you're from this area too.  We live like 4 miles from Lake Wissota (Hwy S and Hwy 124).  It's certainly not Eau Claire, which is where I've lived for 30 years, but Chippewa Falls is nice.
