Didn't make it to WSP Coffee!
Hi Everyone...Sorry I did not make it to coffee this morning. My daughter has been under the weather for the past couple of days and then I ended the evening with a migraine. To put a log on the fire, I ran out of my migraine medication and realized it was not going away anytime soon. 
Anna - I was really looking forward to seeing you right out of surgery. Are you going to Edi & Linda's tomorrow?

I'm sorry you couldn't make it! I will be there tomorrow. I have received permission from Linda to wear pajama pants!
I hope your migraine is going away and you are feeling better.
You missed me bawling the minute I walked in the door. This week has been so hard. Don't let that put you off from surgery, everyone says it gets so much better but this first week is the hardest thing I've ever been through and I've been through a lot. It's wonderful you got hooked up with this group of awesome gals as you start the process because they are invaluable angels. I really don't know what I'd do without them.

I will add this funny thing that has been stuck in my head since I got home from coffee. I left the tv on for the cats and Veggie Tales was on when I got home. The ending moral was: Sharing is important. "You may lose a donut but you'll gain a friend. And friends last a lot longer than a donut ever will." Words to live by indeed!

We definitely have a great group of gals (& few guys)! I agree with you that we have invaluable angels in our group. Even if we're not talking about WLS, it's comforting to be surrounded by people who you can just relate to you. Sometimes when I talk to people on the "outside", I get the deer in headlights look!
My migraine is gone. Just had to sleep it off.
I take Lunesta to help me sleep at night, so I basically just tried to "pass out". I get these migraine "hangovers", so I'm just laying on the couch right now. I will be calling my pharmacy first thing Monday morning for a refill on my Imitrex. 
Can't WAIT to see you and all the other angels tomorrow!
