My itinerary does not include...
Reality hasn't truly settled in yet. I guess it will Friday when my in-laws drive me to the airport to catch my plane. By stopping in Edmonton I will be able to see my Captain-in-the-Canadian-Armed Forces son. I'm so looking forward to squeezing my grandbaby Gaius!! The little rascal will be one year old on the 19th!
((BTW--the kid IS bilingual!! Amanda said he's been listening to the dog--and Gaius now says BOWWOW!! I figured it would be a short time, once he learned to say MEOW!!

Once I made up my mind, things stared rollin'. My car sold in one day. My sister was particularly concerned about driving through the Rockies this time of year in an old car, and it might have been a problem 'importing' a car to Arizona. Easier to just sell the car and fly--so I am! My ride to Mpls fell through--so I fly outta Thunder Bay! Am taking the scenic route---through Northern Canada, so I can visit my youngest granson who will be 1 year old soon!
Everything is going according to plan--but it ain't necessarily MY plan! Thank you God!!

When something is right, you can't mistake the signs. Selling your car in one day? You were worried you'd have a hard time selling it, PERIOD! Getting to see Elmer Fudd? I'd say Karma is on your side, girlfriend.
If you DO manage to make it up for the lodge, I will be THRILLED!!! But I won't hold my breath. No pressure from me. None.
