My little WOW moment
Tomorrow will mark one week out from my RNY so not much is changing or shrinking right now but...
I was surprised and excited to find when I looked in the mirror this morning that I HAVE CHEEKBONES. I had thought they had been replaced by pudding or something but no, they are still there and making an appearance for the first time in a long time.

Congrats!!! It is amazing to see the changes in ourselves...sometime they are hard to spot because we see ourselves in the mirror every day! Congrats!!!!!!!!
Congrats! I was obsessed with my face after surgery. I was sure that it was falling and wouldn't get back up. I would stare in the mirror,turning head from side to side and feeling of my face. My SO said no, its the same etc.. (he is not good with SEEING changes). Friends were the ones to notice it, so what I was seeing was real. It is a good feeling huh???
