Good FREEZING Monday morning everyone! It is SO cold! I hope you slept as good as I did! I woke up a couple of times, but went back to sleep and just got up. I hope you slept good too. I also hope you stay warm this morning!
Our challenge for today is to be true to yourself. If you can't be true to YOU, you can't be true to anyone else. Realize who you are. Realize what you stand for. LOVE YOURSELF! If you can't love yourself, it makes it hard to love ANYONE. Don't pretend to be anyone else. Just be YOU and BE TRUE TO YOU!!

What a great challenge Randy!! I was just trying to explain this idea to my 18 yr old last week. It took me many years to realize this.
I was sipping a bit of orange juice but now am getting some cherry pomegranate crystal lite. Yummy. I think I may have to visit that website to order my hubby some of that coffee.

And I do love your challenge. I wish I could convince my daughter of how important it is! She is still struggling to please everyone, at the expense of her own happiness. But I guess it takes a bit more life to bring that lesson home
